Current  Projects
Here are a few of the projects local burners are currently working on.

The LOVE Project
The LOVE Project is an 18' tall stainless steel monolith, surrounded by 80' of chalkboard wall where participants can add their own message regarding what love means to them.  It is currently under construction, and is intended to appear in Black Rock City in 2019, as well as at various artistic and charitable events around Northern Colorado.  Find out more and learn how you can be part of creating this memorable piece!
Past projects
Here are some projects we've done in the past.
The Dragonfly Mating Ritual
Did you know that when dragonflies mate, they form the shape of a heart?  Neither did most of us before embarking on this project, which appeared at Burning Man in 2017.

Created by the Rocky Mountain High Flyers Guild at the Loveland Creatorspace, this installation rose roughly 38' from the playa surface.  36 sculptures from a variety of artists depicting mating dragonfly pairs dangled and swayed beneath the 10' long petals of a giant illuminated flower.

Participants would climb up the center stem to the deck of the flowerpot, and there they could turn a shaft that rotated the flower and the dragonflies.  One couple even held their wedding there!

Oh, and did we mention it was designed to shoot puffs of fire another 30' into the air above the flower?
